Give your friends and family the gift of reading this holiday season, and it's never been easier: 1) Smashwords.com for a variety of e-reading devices; 2) The Nook Book on the Barnes and Noble Web site; 3) Head to Amazon and find the Kindle version of the book you want to gift; 4) iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch ... if the recipient reads on an iOS device, you have more options; and 5) Android phones and tablets ... although Google Play does sell e-books, there's no way to gift them. Instead, buy the recipient a gift card and attach a note that includes a suggested title.
